Hi, I’m Keegan.
I started KK Technology Services because I keep seeing the same thing: great small businesses lacking the knowledge and confidence to implement IT, and the lack of a reasonable option that matches their scale.
Over 16 years working in IT, operations, development, project management and small manufacturing, I’ve supported hundreds of users, led system rollouts, trained teams on new software, and developed software and workflows (usually on a small business budget). Along the way I learned that the best technology isn’t the one with the fanciest tools — it’s the one people actually understand and use.
I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a Diploma of Technology in Computer Information Technology from BCIT. In practice, that means you get technical know-how and disciplined project management: a clear scope, realistic timelines and no surprises. I’ve also trained in Scrum product ownership, so I’m used to building solutions in small, useful steps and checking in with the people who’ll actually use them.
Today, AI is changing how every business works, and many owners feel they’re falling behind. My goal is simple: to help you learn and use technology with confidence, keep your business safe, and build the tools that make your day easier. I’ll explain things in plain language, recommend only what you need, and leave your team stronger than I found it.
